My Airline Scoring Process

I thought I should probably explain how I score my flight reviews.

In essence, I categorize each element of a flight, and score each element out of 3.

  1. Bad
  2. Good
  3. Excellent

Where I’ve not needed the service (for example, problem solving) then I don’t add it in my total score.
